Pilates

What is Pilates?
Pilates is a challenging full-body exercise workout focusing on core strength, flexibility, and postural correction. It creates efficient movement patterns and produces correct muscle recruitment which serves to protect the spine and prevent injury.

With the focus on stability, precision, flow of movement, and syncopated breathing patterns, Pilates aids the practitioner in creating a deep sense of body awareness and control.

Following a regular Pilates programme not only leads to greater levels of body awareness but improves posture, realignment, strength, flexibility, balance, tones muscles, and gives an overall sense of well-being.

We offer mat classes using various equipment pieces including magic circles, balance pads, rollers, weights, balls, and bands.

HIIT
High-Intensity Interval Training
This training is geared to get your heart rate up quickly for short bouts of high-intensity training- like skipping or hopping with short rest periods.
Calisthenics

Rhymical movements using own body weight and no apparatus

Resistance

This training makes use of weights such as dumbbells, kettlebells, or resistance bands to assist with building strength.

Functional

These exercises help to prepare you better for activities of daily living. Squatting, pushing, or pulling for example are strengthened increasing your capabilities for performing these types of movements in everyday life and reducing your risk of injury.

Fitbox - Class
Make sure to have your boxing gloves for this hi-energy boxing-based fitness class.
This class combines elements from boxing, HIIT, calisthenics, Resistance, and functional training
Lightbox - CLASS

The lighter, easier on the joints version of Fitbox.

M&M - CLASS
Fitbox class adapted to suit younger girls and tweens/teens with their moms. A great way to spend time together and get fit in the process. 
Booty-Licious - CLASS

A jam-packed session focusing on the legs and glutes areas with plenty of squats, jumps, hip stability and more to target the lower body
